Milagro Unico tequila is a limited edition specialty tequila meant to "evolve the category." Limited to 1,200 bottles, it uses a concentration of Blue Weber agave—they say it uses 13 kilos (roughly 29 pounds) of agave per liter of tequila. The silver is then blended with aged tequilas and then finally filtered to and oxygenated to remove color (and presumably some of the "oakiness" of the aging"). We have opted to classify it as a "blanco" tequila, though clearly it is subtly different and categorically unique.
